Project scope
Design work for two commercial developments: a two-storey shop-office block in Jitra, Kedah and a mixed retail-office complex in Seberang Perai, Penang. Both projects prioritise adaptable layouts, effective street activation and local context.
Design approach
We emphasise strong frontage, clear circulation, and flexible internal planning. Materials and façade composition are chosen for durability, legibility and compatibility with the surrounding commercial precinct.
